This famous dessert wine is produced exclusively from the Paul Bosc Estate Vineyard. The fruit is harvested in the winter at a maximum temperature of -10 degrees Celsius or colder when it is frozen solid on the vine. The frozen grapes are then pressed and the resultant nectar exudes aromas of apricot and honey with a fine overall balance between fruit flavours, sweetness and acidity. Icewine is a gift of winter to be enjoyed on its own or served with dessert (12 x 37.5 cl)

Description: This Gevrey-Chambertin from Jean-Claude Boisset is made using fruit from old vines, primarily from two Premier Cru vineyards in Gevrey. Boisset used to buy wine from the grower who owns the Crepiot vineyard, but since Gregory's arrival they buy grapes instead. In addition, Gregory has worked closely with the grower to improve the quality of the fruit arriving at the winery. This quality shines through in the finished wine, which has lovely black cherry fruit giving way to a minerally yet luscious character on the palate. (6 x 75 cl)

Domaine Du Collier Blanc Saumur
Description: Within a short period of time Antoine Foucault is already making some of the most sought-after wines of the region. Having worked at the legendary Clos Rougeard for four years he took the opportunity to buy four-hectares of vines in the commune of Brézé in the lieu-dit of La Ripaille, in an area known for the quality of the Chenin. The Saumur Blanc is from vines grown on limestone-clay mix, aged between 18-70 years and yielding a mere 30hl/ha. No herbicides or other synthetic chemical products are used in the vineyard and harvest is naturally by hand. The wine is fermented in new oak barriques and spends a further twelve to eighteen months maturing so as all the flavours can combine to best effect. The colour is a brilliant yellow and the nose precise, pure and noble with a fine minerality. Round and ample in the mouth the flavours of quince and apricot fan out in all directions relayed by lively acidity. (6 x 75 cl)
