Tasting comments In this wine we first notice its freshness as well as a good acidity in the mouth. We remark the citrus notes, like lemon and gratefruit. Very good ending in the mouth. A true and typical Chablis. This wine, chilled, can be enjoyed for an aperitif with friends or a meal with seafood or fishes. Keeping time This wine can be enjoyed one year after its bottling or be kept up to 5 years. Vinification methods Domaine Louis Moreau applies the traditionnal vinification style that has been always used in Chablis. This method is composed by two fermentations. Then comes the period for clarifying, cold stabilisation and, finally takes place a light filtration. We do not use oak barrels for ageing the wine. (6 x 75 cl)
