The nose opens on attractive white peach and candied lemon aromas with subtler notes of jasmine blossom. A round and fruity attack on the palate lengthens on the more mineral notes typical of the appellation. The nose is elegant and refined with hints of citrus and fresh fruit, delicate but with the steely freshness so typical of the Graves region, and the subtle vanilla aroma from gentle oak ageing. The palate is rounded and full with crisp yet balancing acidity, giving the flinty character of classic Graves.
