Description: Tasting Notes CANTALUNA RESERVA Chardonnay has very complex aromas, fresh fruits, including pineapple and citrus and also a touch of hazelnut, toffee and vanilla. This is a full body well rounded chardonnay, with a pleasant acidity that gives it a very fresh taste. Vineyard The vineyard is located in the Colchagua valley close to the Andes Mountains. This area has a very fresh summer because of the cold braze that comes down from the snowy Mountain. Vinification This chardonnay was fermented in oak barrel , and it was aged in oak barrel between 6 to 8 months. Only 10% of the wine has malolactic fermentation.
