Cantina di Custoza VAL dei MOLINI Bianco di Custoza Garda DOC
Description: A rich, full bodied wine with flavours of honeydew melon and other tropical fruits. Grape Varieties Tocai Friuliano, Garganega, Riesling Italico, Chardonnay & Trebbiano Toscano. Maturation and Vinification The grapes are harvested from 15 to 20 year old vines in vineyards located in Sommacampagna in Custoza. They are then fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks with partial malolatic fermentation. 90% of the wine is aged for 5 months in stainless steel tanks whilst the remaining 5% is aged for 5 months in 10hl barrels. Cantina di Custoza VAL dei MOLINI Corvina Garda DOC
Description: A full bodied wine with spicy, smoky notes and smooth, supple tannins. Great length. Maturation and Vinification The grapes are harvested from 10 to 20 year old vines in vineyards located in Custoza, Salione. They are then fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks with malolatic fermentation. The wine is aged for 12 months in barrels before bottling. (6 x 75 cl)

Cantina di Custoza Merlot Garda DOC
Description: Ruby flecked, deep red. Classic varietal characteristics layered with hints of vanilla and oak. Full flavoured in the mouth, exceptionally well structured with a fine, lengthy finish. Maturation and Vinification The grapes are harvested from 10 to 20 year old vines located in Salionze in the Mincio Valley. They are vinified using modern winemaking techniques at the state of the art Custoza winery and also undergo full malolactic fermention. The wine is then aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling, where it then spends another 2 months before release. (6 x 75 cl)

Description: A lovely and typical wine from this region. Rich, fragrant, damson fruit on the nose. Could be drunk slightly chilled and would be great with fish or rice dishes or for general quaffing. Grape Varieties Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella Maturation and Vinification The grapes are harvested from 8 to 15 year old vines in vineyards located in Bardolino, Lazise and S.Giorgio in Salice. They are then fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks with partial malolatic fermentation and there the wine remains for a period of 5 months for ageing. (6 x 75 cl)
