Domaine de Rimauresq Cotes de Provence Cru Classe ROSE
Description: A pretty, pale pink Rose with very delicate floral aromas and an elegant, refined palate showing gentle, candied red fruits. Fantastic as an aperitif or very nice with lobster and grilled fish. Domaine de Rimauresque Cru Classe is a highly-reputed estate, situated on the Cotes du Provence. The estate encompasses 46 hectares of prime vineyards with an average vine age of 40 years . The estate owned by the Wemyss family produce whites full of character from Rollo , floral scented roses from a blend of Cinsault, Tribouren and Mourvedre. Additionally the red is both weighty, yet elegant with a tight, firm structure and real terroir character, produced from Cabernet Sauvignon with a slug of Carignan and Syrah for warmth and opulence and just a hint of Mourvedre for spice and perfume. Fernando de Castilla ANTIQUE Fino Sherry
Description: Bodegas Rey Fernando de Castilla is a small, family owned producer offering only the very best products from the sherry district for a demanding and select group of consumers. These wines belong to a collection of unique sherries that are all truly magnificent examples of their particular style. The wines have been aged to perfection in our cellars in the historic centre of Jerez de la Frontera, and after having been drawn from each individual Solera the wines are bottled without any blending, clarification, cold stabilization or other aggressive processes that could remove the subtlest fragrances and flavour from the wines. In order to show the beautiful colour of the wines, they are presented in clear glass bottles of the highest quality. Since the wines are completely natural and untreated, some sediments might develop after a certain period in the bottle. This will not affect the quality of the wine. This is a wine that has spent a longer than normal period in a Fino Solera and has developed towards a style that is fuller in flavour and more complex than the light style which currently fashionable. A wonderful aperitif wine. Alcoholic degree: 16,5º (6 x 50 cl)

Chateau de Campuget PRESTIGE DE CHATEAU CAMPUGET Costieres de Nimes AC
Description: Chateau de Campuget, which belongs to the Dalle family since 1941, is producing great A.O.C. Costieres de Nimes wines. The vineyard of 160 hectares is situated in the heart of the A.O.C. area, between Nimes and Arles, a few kilometres from the right side of the Rhone river. The main characteristic of the 'terroir' is its soil , formed by an accumulation of round stones that had been rolled by many overflows of the Rhone river during the quaternary era. It allows the grapevines to establish their roots deep enough to find the water they need for growing. At the same time they profit of the sunny Mediterranean climate, essential for the good maturation of the grapes. Although equipped with stainless-steel tanks and modern tools, Chateau Campuget wines are made and matured in a traditional way. From its own bottling-line to the air-conditioned warehouse, it can control the quality of the wines from the vineyard to the bottle. Intensely coloured wine with inviting aromas of blackberry and a lick of vanilla oak.
