Segura Viudas Brut Reserva Cava
Description: Segura Viudas started producing Cava in the 1950s in Sant Sadurni d'Anoia, the most famous of Cava towns. Using the premium Cava varietals of Macabeo, Xarello and Parellada, they only utilise the first 40% of the juice. The must undergoes fermentation prior to blending in a specific style. It is transferred to bottle for secondary fermentation for a minimum of two or three years. The Brut Reserva demonstrates a fruity bouquet, and is smooth and fresh on the palate. (6 x 75 cl)
