Description: Colour: intense straw yellow. Bouquet: highly fruity, honey sweet, ample. Taste: elegant body with a good and persistent after-taste. Vinification & Refinement: once the grapes are picked and have undergone a careful selection, they are softly pressed. The must obtained is filtered so as to separate the main solids. It is then left on the skins to ferment and it is periodically stirred until the end of spring, when the malolactic fermentation takes place.
