Description: The sorted harvest of Grenache Syrah Mourvèdre is partially destalked and crushed. The fermentation on the skins lasts approximately 12 to 14 days. Pumping over is undertaken a number of times to extract the colour, the tannins and to oxygenate the yeast. This wine is matured for 15 months before being bottled. With a powerful red colour and intense red fruit and spice aromas that evolve over the years.
