Chateau La Clyde Cadillac
Description: Cadillac is often though of as the capital of the 1er Cotes, but is now an appellation in its own right. La Clyde is a 17 hectare estate where very small quantities of the grapes are affected by noble rot. Aged for 12 months in oak, the wine is decadently rich and intense, with characters of zesty orange marmalade, honey, syrup and mouth-watering citrus oil, it remains supple, balanced and fragrant. Chateau Canon La Gaffeliere Grand Cru Classe Saint Emilion
Description: Vines have been grown at Chateau La Gaffeliere since Gallo-Roman times, as attested by a villa from this period discovered by Count Leo de Malet Roquefort. His family have owned and managed this chateau for four centuries giving them a richer and longer history than any other winegrowers in Saint-Emilion. The current owner makes use of this experience to renovate every now and then but also to perpetuate the traditions that have made La Gaffeliere famous worldwide.
