Description:
A family owned vineyard for several generations, Chateau Les Ollieux Romanis, is in Montseret situated in the heart of the Boutenac region, an area dedicated to the culture of the vine since Roman times. The use of the Alicante Bouschet grape has virtually disappeared from France today, while it role formerly was as a teinturier grape, to add colour to the pale, weak and wibbly vin de table plonk sloshing around the Midi. Today it has acquired a weird cachet and this deep red coloured wine is showing peppery mulberry fruit on the nose that develop on the palate. (6 x 75 cl)

Description: A family owned vineyard for several generations, Chateau Les Ollieux Romanis, is in Montseret situated in the heart of the Boutenac region, an area dedicated to the culture of the vine since Roman times. Entramis is a blend of old vines Syrah and Grenache vines grown on limestone-clay. After a carbonic maceration vinification is in stainless steel without sulphur using indigenous yeast to produce a Cherry-red coloured wine with violets glints. Description: The house of Dulong was founded by Eugene Dulong in 1873 in the village of Floirac, near Bordeaux. Today it owns a dozen châteaux as well as buying in grapes from other growers. It is now one of Bordeaux`s leading négociants, continuing Eugene's policy of rigorous selection and meticulous attention to winemaking detail. The grapes are both mechanical and manually harvested, before full maturity in order to retain some acidity, the wines are kept one month on fine lees to provide structure and roundness. Pale yellow robe, delicate and elegant, with grey hues. Delicate fruity bouquet, with finishing aromas of vanilla or spices.
