Description: Tasting comments This wine is a typical example of a Chablis 1er Cru. Due to its exposition, the vineyard gets the morning sunlight, a cooler climate and derives its typicity from the mineral soil giving it the flinty, chalky mouth feel. The nose is discreet with hints of mint flowers and pineapple fruit. The mouth feel is well balanced, fresh with a long aftertaste yhanks to a nice acidity holding the wine together. Besides seafood, this wine will be perfect with saucy recipes and white meats. Vinification methods Domaine Louis Moreau applies the traditional vinification style that has been always used in Chablis. This method is composed by two fermentations followed by a rest period during winter on fine lees.
