Description: Cavalchina is the name of the area where the winery has been built and is probably named after the old residence of the Count Cavalchini. The estate, in the south east of the Garda amphitheatre, was established at the beginning of the last century. This wine is a blend of Corvina , Rondinella and Molinara . A deep red coloured wine it has an intense bouquet of fruits, particularly cherry and marasca. The persistent palate with hints of pepper culminates in an enjoyable long finish. (12 x 75 cl)
