The finesse on the finish is a key element of the Infantado wines, and is attributable to the fact that the wine brandy component in their blend is only 15%, whereas the average for Port is about 20% (6 x 75 cl)

Jean-Claude Boisset Gevrey Chambertin AC
Description: This Gevrey-Chambertin from Jean-Claude Boisset is made using fruit from old vines, primarily from two Premier Cru vineyards in Gevrey. Boisset used to buy wine from the grower who owns the Crepiot vineyard, but since Gregory's arrival they buy grapes instead. In addition, Gregory has worked closely with the grower to improve the quality of the fruit arriving at the winery. This quality shines through in the finished wine, which has lovely black cherry fruit giving way to a minerally yet luscious character on the palate. (6 x 75 cl)
