Since their first small harvest in 1997, the primary focus for winemaker David Trafford has been to produce classical red wines. This goal has been achieved and demand for de Trafford reds has grown so dramatically that new plantings have become essential. TASTING NOTES Attractive deep yellow colour. Complex marzipan, honey, dried apricot and citrus nose. The palate is sweet and concentrated with just enough acidity and oak tannins to compliment and deliver a long, lingering finish.
