Most of the Chardonnay fruit selected for this wine was harvested from some of the oldest vineyard blocks in the San Bernabe Vineyard in Southern Monterey County. These twenty-five year old blocks have historically borne fruit of great depth and intensity of flavour. This deep golden Chardonnay showcases the great depth of Monterey and San Bernabe Vineyard fruit flavour. The aroma is of fresh pears, ripe apples, and tropical fruit all wound tightly around an enticing butterscotch core.
