The Royal Tokaji Wine Company was established in 1989 and the 1st vintage was produced in 1990. Over 50% of the company's vineyards are classified as 1st or 2nd Growths and production is limited to wines with 4 puttonyos and above. It pioneered the production of single vineyard wines and its major role in Tokaji`s renaissance is now widely recognised. Only produced in excellent years the Aszu Essencia has a fragrant nose showing marmalade and a hint of coffee. The intense sweetness is showing good acidity, while the palate is full of white fruit flavours dominated by apple. Available in 50 cl Bottles. (6 x 50 cl)

Description: Crown Estates were previously know at Tokaji Kereskedohas and are now the only important Tokaji producer still in Hungarian hands. Amber green colour with some old oak on the nose while over concentrated apricot fruit leavened with cinnamon and nutmeg are evident. Very intense and ripe palate with tight acidity and remarkable length with an almost overpowering breadth on the palate. Extremely fine. (12 x 50 cl)
