Vignerons de Valencay Sauvignon Blanc Vin de Pays Valencay Loire
Description: This Sauvignon Blanc, Vin de Pays du Val de Loire is made solely from Sauvignon Blanc. It is dry, yet aromatic, and has depth on the mid palate which makes it highly quaffable. Fermented solely in stainless steel, the wine has a fragrant, nettley character and crisp acidity on the finish. This Vin de Pays comes from the co-operative of Valencay and the winemaker is Sebastian Vaillant. The expression Vin de Pays du Val de Loire was created by a decree on 10th May 2007 and replaces the former name “Vin de Pays du Jardin de la France” for describing the local wines produced in the Loire Valley. The wine is bottled under stelvin so that it can be enjoyed free from cork taint and in perfect condition (12 x 75 cl)

De Neuville Sauvignon Blanc Vin de Pays
Description: The De Neuville company was founded in 1856 by Francois Eugène Moreau, in Saint Hilaire Saint Florent, a quaint village very close to Saumur. In 1869 his daughter Juliette married Jules Benjamin COQUEBERT de NEUVILLE, from an old noble family of the Champagne region. As a barrister in Paris, he was keen to develop the production of the company by introducing the same methods as used in Champagne. Their expertise was rapidly recognised and contributed to the brand being served at the best tables in the world. Today, De Neuville aims to satisfy the most demanding customers, namely restaurants and their sommeliers who wish to enhance their wine list thanks to a selection of remarkable Loire wines. This is an outstanding example of the Vin de pays Sauvignon with great vibrancy and charm while it is brimming with grassy fruit flavours. (12 x 75 cl)
