The vineyard is planted mainly with Grenache, Mourvedre and Syrah, with some Carignan and Cinsault. The cellar is modern and immaculate. M. Jougla uses a pneumatic press and then ferments his wines at a temperature of 28C, the cuvaison lasting between 15 and 20 days, using a combination of both cement and stainless steel tanks.
