Domaine Fernand Lecheneaut has been run since 1985 by brothers Vincent and Philippe Lecheneaut. The Estate in Nuits St Georges is considered one of the finest in Burgundy and tradition is the by-word for the wines made here. Once harvested the wine spends 18 months in barrique without any fining or filtration. The wines produced are superbly crafted, concentrated yet forward and elegant with well integrated oak. This Pinot Noir is a deep red-ruby colour with aromas of raspberry and coffee. Lush, fat and mouthfilling, with sweet flavours of raspberry, iron and leather this wine has a long finish to complement the work that has gone into it. (6 x 75 cl)
