Description: A blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Malbec. The grapes were hand-picked and crushed before fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks. It is Intense black-red in colour, with perfumes of cassis and chocolate on the nose giving way to a robust but nicely balanced palate. Rounded ripe fruit with flavours of blackcurrants and blackberries are supported by soft, ripe tannins. The Bianchi family winery was founded in 1928 by Italian immigrant Valentin Bianchi and now covers 350 hectares of vineyard. It is now run by the third generation, headed by Enzo Bianchi.
