Description: A superb wine made using several classic South Tyrolean white grape varieties Grape varieties: A selection of our finest white grapes, predominantly Chardonnay Description: Colour: Bright, deep yellow Nose: A complex interplay of floral and fruit aromas Flavour: The fruit aromas follow through on to the palate, supported by richness, concentration, firm but mild acidity with a hint of vanilla Winemaking and maturation: The various grape varieties are crushed together and the juice is fermented in new French oak barriques.
