Description: Organic. The 2004 has a perfectly balance fruit-driven unoaked stlye. The 2003 is oaked. Some grapes of the 2004 vintage were affected with botrytis and powdery mildew and the only solution to ensure a high quality wine was to use activated carbon at the crusher followed by gelatine immediately after the pressing. This means the 2003 is vegan suitable, but the 2004 is neither vegetarian nor vegan suitable. (12 x 75 cl)
