Ripe fruit aromas feature vanilla, dried apricot, peach and honey with hints of baked bread. On the palate, buttery apple, coconut, honeysuckle flowers and pear flavours are balanced with a creamy texture. The barrel fermented components add layers of toast and vanilla, while the malolactic fermentation contributes a rich, buttery texture.
