Description: Careful vinification involving forty-eight hours of cold maceration followed by a four-week, cool fermentation in stainless steel resulted in a wine that has captured all of the Syrah's characteristics. This care and attention to detail has produced a deep-coloured and deliciously fruity wine with intense raspberry character, light strawberry flavours and hints of lavender and violet. The light tannins from skin contact combined with crisp acidity give this wine nice length and structure on the palate. (12 x 75 cl)
