Brilliant pale yellow coloured wine with hints of green and aromas of ripe sub-tropical and citrus fruits. A very lively and enticing wine medium bodied and dry with elegant balance. Description: The renowned Settesoli co-operative in Menfi produced premium Sicilian wines. The wines are sourced from dedicated vineyards using a computer-mapped traceability system. This analises sugar development, tanin ripeness and acidity levels throughout the growing season in order to ensure optimum quality at picking. Vibrant slight straw yellow with hints of green. Rich, ripe green apple aromas, with sweet & fruity, gentle overtones of orchard blossons, macadamia nuts and honey. On the palate this wine is soft and rich with deep fruit. Fat on the middle palate and great extract led to a long, rich, fat round finish. As rich as if the wine had been oaked. (6 x 75 cl)
