Description: Errazuriz Merlot / Cabernet Sauvignon displays ripe cherry and blackberry aromas accentuated by notes of white pepper, wool and an intriguing hint of cayenne pepper. On the palate, the Cabernet Sauvignon component gives good structure to the softer Merlot. The ripe berry fruit is set off by the roasted red pepper and coffee flavours that are characteristic of Chilean Merlot. The oak is well integrated, contributing layers of toasted almond and vanilla.
