Madame Fourny and her two sons Emmanuel and Charles-Henry own 5.5 hectares of 1er Cru Vineyards in the Cote des Blancs. They practice a mixture of organic and biodynamic viticulture and prune very short to restrict yields. The average age of their vines is 30 years, and the chalk vineyards are planted to 100% Chardonnay. Only the first pressing is used, all tailles are discarded. All of their wines receive a minimum of 3 year ageing prior to disgorgement and a further six months on the cork. The Rose, which is 90% Chardonnay, is crisp and stylish (6 x 75 cl)

Champagne Marguet Pere et Fils Rose Non Vintage Champagne
Description: Benoît Marguet-Bonnerave is devoted to organic viticulture and fascinated by the mechanics of vinification. His rosé just seems to get better and better. The ladies will adore this charming Pink Champagne. It offers all the ripe berry flavours and elegant bubbles required to for celebrations in style. Benoît is working towards biodynamism in the vineyards and has been particularly successful with his Rosé, made from 20% Chardonnay , 40% Pinot Noir and 40% Pinot Meunier by the saignée method. With the exception of the family vineyards on top of the Avenue de Champagne in Epernay, all the other grapes come from other growers, mainly in Premier Cru villages such as Chigny les Roses and Villedommange. The Champagne House of Marguet is located in Ambonnay, next to its parent House (12 x 75 cl)

De Venoge BRUT ROSE Non Vintage Champagne
Description: This cuvée was created in 1864 as a light rosé with an unusually fine froth. It was christened "Crémant rosé", another innovation in Champagne thanks to Joseph de Venoge. Produced after the classic Champagne fashion with a blend of Pinot Noir red wine and white wines made from the three grape varieties, it is perfect served as an aperitif on a sunny day or poured over red berry fruits or with something more adventurous such as stewed lobster in truffled seafood cream. De Venoge rosé comes in a clear glass bottle so as to reveal its beautiful colour. The label shows Yvonne de Venoge, Marquess de Mun, at table with her husband and evokes her appreciation of this particular champagne. De Venoge rosé should be drunk young. Contrary to most of our other cuvées we do not recommend that it should be cellared over a long period. (6 x 75 cl)
