Fantastic as an aperitif or very nice with lobster and grilled fish. Domaine de Rimauresque Cru Classe is a highly-reputed estate, situated on the Cotes du Provence. The estate encompasses 46 hectares of prime vineyards with an average vine age of 40 years . Situated on the harsh mineral soils at the foothills of the Maures Massif, the vines are protected by the sheltering effects of the mountain from the harsh Mediterranean sun. This allows a longer ripening period and better fruit development, while replacement planting is now ensuring an increased vine density of up to 5,000 vines per hectare in an ongoing drive to improve quality. Description: Grenache Noir, Cinsault, Syrah are used in this light pink Rose. Rich, structured and bone dry, the fresh red fruit flavours abound while the mineral character adds complexity. This Rosé is made by ''Saignée'' or ''bleeding-off'' the juice from our very best tanks. We choose the ''cepages'' that will give the characteristics that are required, flavours from the Syrah, complexity and depth from the Grenache and the fruitiness from the Cinsault. The juice is removed after about 12 hours on the skins at 12ºC. This extracts enough flavours and tannins without too much colour. It is the natural weight of the grapes that releases the juice, so, in essence it is ''free run''. The selected juice is then blended in a stainless steel tank for settling and a cold fermentation. Bottling is relatively early, after spending 6 months on the lees. A screw cap is used to protect the aromas and avoid cork contamination. (12 x 75 cl)

Description: The Cuvée Rosé has an incredible depth of red berry colour and the nose is of ripe cherries, red fruits, rose water and wild strawberries. Description: The Bouachon family have maintained their stewardship of some of the finest wines in the Rhone since 1898. La Rouviere, the Tavel in Maison Bouachon's collection, has made its mark as one of the most outstanding representatives of the appellation and is the only one authorised to produce rosé exclusively. Light, filtered soils rich in limestone are characteristic of the vineyards of Tavel which, with the help of the Mistral and the sun, constitute an ideal terroir for the production of rosé wines. Four grape varieties making-up La Rouviere the Grenache grape dominates the blend with Syrah, Cinsault and a little Clairette. Chateau Gassier Cotes de Provence Rose
Description: Chateau Cavalier is a 130 hectare property situated in the heart of the Cotes de Provence. Made in a modern style in stainless steel, temperature controlled fermentation tanks, the wine is predominantly Grenache, with a small proportion of Cinsaut and Syrah. This is a classic Provence style wine, contact with the skins during fermentation is kept to a minimum in order to release a light blush of colour but minimise tannin extraction. After this short maceration the still fermenting juice is run off the skins into stainless steel tanks, fermented to dryness and then filtered and bottled without any contact with oak. This is a blend of 90% Grenache, 5% Syrah and 5% Cinsault with a uplifted and fruity nose showing red fruits and crushed raspberries. The palate is elegant with redcurrant and strawberry fruit, refreshing acidity and a dry finish. (6 x 75 cl)
