This has resulted in a smooth, mature cassis and plum flavoured palate with hints of cedar wood and spice. This takes place in vats for 90% of the blend, with 10% fermented in new oak barrels with lees-stirring. This wine is a bright pale yellow colour with hints of green.On the nose green fruit, corn and hazel-nuts give way to a soft, balanced wine.
