Bodegas Beronia BERONIA BLANCO Viura Rioja Alta
Description: By means of a very peculiar process of Rioja Alta Viura grape, Bodegas Beronia produce a personal white wine that is different from the other Riojas. After selecting the bunches of Viura, these are subjected to a static film maceration to make the must flow, which is then separated at a controlled temperature, followed alcoholic fermentation, and finally the wine is bottled. Clean and brilliant, this is a wine with a greenish yellow colour and pearly nuances. The bouquet has a floral aroma, where hints of wild bush flowers mix with a background of peach and quince skin. The taste is delicate, but with structure and vigour. It produces multiple pleasant fresh fruit sensations on the palate, especially quince and peach, with a nice finish. (12 x 75 cl)
