Wolf Blass GOLD LABEL Riesling South Australia
Description: The Gold Label Riesling is the ultimate expression of Australia’s finest Riesling regions. Soft straw and green colours are present in the glass. The nose displays aromas of lemon and lime with a hint of passionfruit. Intense citrus and floral flavours are evident on the well- balanced palate. This wine has an excellent acid structure and a clean, dry finish. VITICULTURE This award- winning label combines fruit with steely character from the cooler climate Eden Valley with aromatic fruit from the warmer Clare Valley. WINEMAKING After harvesting individual parcels during the cool of the night to maintain fruit freshness the grapes were gently pressed, transferred to stainless steel and then cold settled. After settling carefully controlled fermentation was initiated to ensure the Riesling fruit characters were fully captured. Screwcaps were used to retain freshness and preserve the characters of the wine. (6 x 75 cl)

Wolf Blass PRESIDENTS SELECTION Shiraz South Australia
Description: The Wolf Blass Presidents Selection SA Shiraz is a dark red in colour with purple hues. Intense aromas of spiced fruit, chocolate oak characters with a hint of varietal pepper. These characters are again evident on the rich and full-bodied palate with sweet fruit and excellent structure. The finish is long and lingering with an added texture from fine-grained tannins. Cellaring: Enjoy over the next 10 years Viticulture: The fruit was sourced from some of the oldest, low yielding shiraz vineyards in South Australia. The Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek are renowned for their quality and suitability to this variety. Winemaking: After crushing and de-stemming, fermentation was commenced in traditional open top fermenters before being transferred to new and seasoned American and French oak hogsheads to complete fermentation. The wine then remained in this oak for a further 16 months maturation. The Wolf Blass Presidents Selection Shiraz has been made in the traditional classic shiraz mould to ensure the wine is rich, soft and approachable in its youth. Description: The Wolf Blass Presidents Selection Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep crimson in colour with rich purple hues. Intense aromas of blackcurrant, vanillin oak characters and a hint of varietal eucalypt/ mint combine on the nose. These characters are evident as flavours on the warm, rich and full-bodied palate with excellent depth and balance.
