Domaine Des Gerbeaux LE CLOS Macon Solutre
Description: Beatrice and Jean-Michel Drouin's started as a humble supplier of wines to negociants, but began estate bottling their own wines in 1994. They are still a tiny winery with a miniscule production but now the quality of their wines is attracting serious international attention. Based in Solutre next to the famous Rock, their 6 hectares of vineyards are scattered throughout the surrounding area. They are generous, fruit-laden wines characterised by grapefruit and mineral flavours that can hold their own against much of the Cote de Beaune. A chardonnay with plenty of mineral character, good balance and fruit. Available in 37.5 cl Half Bottles. (12 x 37.5 cl)

JP Moscatel de Setubal DOC
Description: Produced entirely from the Muscatel grape and after a short fermentation period, selected vinic 'aguardente' is added. Followed by a period of post-fermentation maceration of the skins with the wine during the winter months after the harvest. Finally, the wine is aged for a minimum of 3 years in oak casks. The length and nature of the ageing process produces a topaz-coloured generous wine, with intense aromas of muscatel, orange blossom, tea and raisins, possessing a smooth, sweet and fresh taste.
