Description: The vines used in this wine were planted in the 1950's and 1960's and once the fruit goes into the winery it is matured on lees in used oak barrels and 30 hl vats. Finally, the bottling takes place just before the following harvest after a light Kieselguhr filtration. The result is a white/gold coloured wine showing elegant aromas of ripe fruits , wonderful texture, with well integrated oak and lift on the long finish. (12 x 75 cl)

Description: The tiny half hectare plot was planted between 1965 and 1970 on granitic subsoil and once the fruit is in the winery fermentation and maturing on lees is undertaken in recently used and new barrels.
