Description: Founded in 1896 at Ollauri by Federico Paternina Josue, the winery is now situated in Haro in the RiojaAlta and is one of the largest cellars in the region. The wine producing area of LaRioja, along the valley of river Ebro, is bordered by the Sierra de Cantabria to the north and the Sierra de la Demanda to the south which gives distinctive microclimates to the region ranging from Atlantic to Mediterranean. Paternina are dedicated to the production of quality Rioja.
