De Venoge BRUT ROSE Non Vintage Champagne
Description: This cuvée was created in 1864 as a light rosé with an unusually fine froth. It was christened "Crémant rosé", another innovation in Champagne thanks to Joseph de Venoge. Produced after the classic Champagne fashion with a blend of Pinot Noir red wine and white wines made from the three grape varieties, it is perfect served as an aperitif on a sunny day or poured over red berry fruits or with something more adventurous such as stewed lobster in truffled seafood cream. De Venoge rosé comes in a clear glass bottle so as to reveal its beautiful colour. The label shows Yvonne de Venoge, Marquess de Mun, at table with her husband and evokes her appreciation of this particular champagne. De Venoge rosé should be drunk young. Contrary to most of our other cuvées we do not recommend that it should be cellared over a long period. (6 x 75 cl)

Description: Appearance: salmon colour, beautiful pearly bubbles, fine mousse. Nose: intense, fresh fruit aromas, especially of cherry, with mineral and toasted characteristics. Palate: a powerful full-bodied wine yet surprisingly silky, because of its maturity, with flavours reminiscent of crystallised fruit. Krug ROSE Brut Non Vintage Champagne
Description: Krug Rose is not a classic. It is original, a one-off. Its pale, tawny-pink colour and minuscule bubbles lead to a bouquet of wild strawberries and concentrated flowers. The colour is surprising a pale, delicate salmon-gold touched with coral, and provides the first hint of the unique taste to come. On the nose, Krug Rose is fragrant, complex, enchanting, and the first sip confirms those perceptions. Notes of fruit with wild berries, hints of spices, and a particular delicacy define Krug Rose. Champagne de Castellane ROSE Non Vintage Brut Champagne
Description: This wine is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier with the red grapes coming from the vineyards around Ay and Bouzy. It has a marvellous salmon colour and a fruity and flowery bouquet with delicate aromaas of strawberries. The freshness and fullness on the palate is combined with hints of wild berry fruits and ripe strawberries.
