Antonin Truffer Chardonnay Brut France
Description: The grapes for this wine, 100% Chardonnay, are selected from two regions, the east coast of Corsica, famed for its light sandy soils and from Lezignan Crobières in the south west of France. Antonin Truffer harvests the grapes at night, in late August to preserve the cool, fresh style of the wine and only the juice from the first pressing is used. It is then cold-fermented to ensure vivacity and purity of flavour. The resultant wine is full of rich, creamy fruit with soft bubbles and a zesty, clean finish. (6 x 75 cl)
