Luigi Bosca Finca LOS NOBLES Malbec Verdot Mendoza Argentina
Description: Characterised by its great structure, sweetness and its aromas of spices, ripe plums, coffee, cherries and violets. After 18 months in fine oak and 14 months in bottle it acquires aromas of vanilla. Velvety on the palate. Since vines were first cultivated in Vistalba, viticulturists have cultivated a grape called Malbec Verdot. In Finca Los Nobles we have determined that in those days vineyards were a mix of Malbec and, , Petit Verdot, plus some which possessed the characteristics of both. We have continued to respect these vineyards which express the true character of the region. The wine: Manual selection of grapes, then destemming. Controlled fermentation at 26º (6 x 75 cl)
