The Pencarrow range is the second wine of Palliser Estate. Under this label Palliser are able to experiment with the grape to develop new wine styles from traditional varietals. A block from the Clouston vineyard is selected for these wines. This has produced a Sauvignon Blanc with a very intense nose of classic herbs and hints of tropical fruits and tamarillo.
