This attention has produced a rich, full, classic Burgundy wine that has benefited from spending time in the barrel, of which 33% is new each year. The style of this wine is created through the use of oak and stainless steel to produce wines with the ultimate flavour but not needing long ageing. A typical Chardonnay it is a rich yellow almost golden colour with an intense Chardonnay nose of butter and hazelnuts.
