Bimbagden Estate MYALL ROAD Chardonnay Griffith New South Wales
Description: APPEARANCE Pale straw with green olive tinges. AROMA An aromatic citrus nose with subtle yeast characters PALATE A rich and full flavoured wine with citrus like flavours and fresh acid creating a very balanced style. MADE The grapes were crushed and destemmed, chilled to 5ºC and pressed. The clarified juice was inoculated with a selected yeast strain and cold fermented at 12ºC. The wine was then stabilised, filtered and stored in stainless steel tanks. 18% of the fruit was fermented and aged for four months on yeast lees prior to blending with the unwooded portion.
