Description: A rich, full bodied wine with flavours of honeydew melon and other tropical fruits. Grape Varieties Tocai Friuliano, Garganega, Riesling Italico, Chardonnay & Trebbiano Toscano. Maturation and Vinification The grapes are harvested from 15 to 20 year old vines in vineyards located in Sommacampagna in Custoza. They are then fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks with partial malolatic fermentation. 90% of the wine is aged for 5 months in stainless steel tanks whilst the remaining 5% is aged for 5 months in 10hl barrels. Description: Winemaker Comments: A bright ruby color with intense aromas of red and black fruits like cherries, blackberries, raspberries and cassis. Intense in fruit, soft in tannins, full body and lingering finish. • Winemaking techniques: The grapes were hand harvest between the middle of April and May. The grapes remained with the skins for one week at 2ºC cold maceration. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 26ºC to 28ºC. Malolactic fermentation took place naturally in tanks and barrels. 30% of the wine aged in French and American oak for 6 months. After, this portion of the wine was blended with the stainless steel wine, then fined and bottled. (12 x 75 cl)

Description: Winemaker Comments: The wine shows a bright strawberry red colour with intense aromas of caramel, intense cherries and strawberries ripe fruits, spices, coffee and hints of mint. On the palate the wine shows fruity and spicy flavoured, with soft tannins, good balance and lingering finish. Harvest and Production: The grapes were harvested in the middle of April. The clusters were selected and then crushed. 30% of the grapes remained with the skins for 6 days at 2ºC before the fermentation. The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 26ºC to 28ºC. The maceration period for this wine was 18 days . Malolactic fermentation took place naturally in tanks and in barrels. 20% of the wine remained in French and American oak barrels for 6 months. After this the wine was blended, fined and bottled. Description: Winemaker Comments: The wine shows a deep and bright ruby colour with complex aromas of an intense ripe cassis jam, plums and blackberries, vanilla and toasty nuances. On the palate the wine has lots of peppery and rich black fruits, spicy rich flavours with fine structure and firm tannins. A fine ageing wine. Winemaking techniques: The grapes were hand harvested from 36 year old vines in our estate vineyards at the foothills of the Andes Mountains, and were selected prior to crushing. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 28ºC with a total maceration period of 25 days. Malolactic fermentation occurred naturally in tanks and in barrels. The wine aged in French and American oak barriques for a period of 12 months. After bottling, the wine aged for additional 6 months prior to its release. (1 x 3 Litres)

Description: WINEMAKER'S COMMENTS Fairly round and inviting. Nicely focused, with ripe, juicy raspberry fruit and hints of mocha and spice. Slightly firm around the edges, but there's plenty of fruit here to enjoy. VINIFICATION Hand harvested in small baskets, selected lots of grapes are used for this wine. With special vineyards conduction to obtain a deep flavour's concentration. The winemaking process is carried out in stainless steel tanks and macerated for 15 to 20 days. The new wine, after malolactic fermentation, is matured for 10 to 14 months in stainless steel tanks. AGING The wine is aged for twelve months in new oak. 70% American Oak & 30% French Oak barrels. This wine is aged 6 months in bottles before release. FINING & FILTRATION Prior to bottling, the wine is filtered with earth pads to achieve biological stabilization up to 1NTU and undergoes a strict microbiological control (12 x 75 cl)

Soft and velvety tannins in the mouth; jammy ripe red fruits, a hint of mint and spicy flavours. A nice balance, rich and lingering finish. Harvest and Production: The grapes were hand harvested from Rapel Valley known for its alluvial soils and summer high temperature days and fresh nights, ideal for the Carmenère. The bunches were crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 28ºC with a total maceration period of 15 days. Malolactic fermentation occurred naturally in stainless steel tanks. After this the wine was blended. 20% of the wine was aged in French and American barrels for a period of 6 months. Then, the wine blended and bottled. (12 x 75 cl)
