The Reserve Semillon is made from the very best Semillon of the vintage. When young, the Reserve Semillons are delicate and stylish with steely acidity. They mature slowly in the bottle, developing characteristic honey on the palate while still retaining their tight, firm, reserved structure. Colour: Attractive bright green gold Bouquet: Rich lifted nose showing classic lemon flower, bees wax and lanolin. Palate: Medium bodied taut palate showing honeyed development.
