Bodegas Terras Gauda PORTA DO MINO Eau-de-Vie Augardente de Galicia
Description: The wines of Terras Gauda are located in the subzone of O Rosal on the terraces that rise steeply above the river Mino which divides Spain from Portugal. At Terras Gauda they distil the Porta do Mino eaux-de-vies from the marc of the Albarino grape. Their meticulous elaboration is inspired by the traditional production methods of O Rosal eaux-de-vie and a desire to achieve a polished potable product. The aromatic composition of the white eaux-de-vie is complex with lovely fragrances, perfectly harmonised, reminiscent of the floral, fruity origins of the grapes, but supplemented also by notes of walnut and coffee bean. (12 x 75 cl)
