They are certainly at the cutting edge of the New Wave of Bordeaux wines; New World attention to fruit but still a respect for the best of the Old World traditions and terroir is proving to be an effective formula in both the Lezongars and de Roques ranges. This wine is a blend of 60% Merlot, 38% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Cabernet Franc, it is showing good fruit flavours from the nose to the palate.
