This wine showcases the generous Chardonnay fruit from our Napa Valley vineyards. Rich, ripe and exotic, it strikes a balance of ripe Napa Valley fruit with nuances of sweet oak from 100% barrel fermentation and extended, 10 months on lees, barrel ageing. Use of wild yeast in a portion of the fermentation and sur lie aging adds layers of complexity. This Chardonnay has a straw yellow appearance with aromas of ripe apple, pear, and honey with toasty oak.
