Bellenda Spumante Prosecco di Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Spumante
Description: On the hills surrounding Conegliano, about 50 miles north of Venice, lies the beautiful estate of Bellenda. In 1987, Sergio Cosmo started this winery located in the very heart of the prosecco producing region while also completely replacing the vine varieties on land he already owned. The Cosmo family also re-designed the layout of the vineyard, planting 80% of the grapes now used for Prosecco and other sparkling wines with the rest used for still wines. Today, Umberto and Luigi Cosmo run the family business. They have a passion for making wine which marries tradition and innovation for the production of truly outstanding wines. The wine is vinified in stainless steel and then by charmat method for two months and as a result Bellenda is clean, fresh and elegant, with delicate, persistent bubbles that enhance its subtle citrussy fruit, while its sharp, mineral-laden lemon flavors deliver. (6 x 75 cl)

G. Gregoletto MONTE CORBINO Prosecco di Conegliano e Valobbiadene Spumante DOC
Description: Pale yellow with a hint of almonds in its fruity scent. Of great finesse and elegance with a fine and persistent perlage. Giovanni Gregoletto and his family run this small, artisanal family winery with great passion and imagination. The name Ombra is the Venetian dialect word for a glass of wine. It refers to the shadow of St. Mark’s basilica in which such refreshment may typically be enjoyed. A careful selection of grapes from the best vineyards in the Conegliano area gives Gregoletto’s Prosecco, a surprising degree of personality. (12 x 75 cl)
