Noval Tawny is a carefully-selected blend of lighter wines which have, after three years, started to lose their colour and take on some of the flavours that come from barrel ageing. Noval Tawny is a bright-amber in colour, still showing the pinkish tinge of youth. Its nose is concentrated and shows some candied fruit character. On the palate it is light with balanced acidity and raisin-like fruits. It is perfect when chilled as an aperitif or when served with lighter desserts such as meringue or fresh fruit. (12 x 75 cl)
