Description: Light straw in color, the wine's aromas are fresh and inviting, with a kiwi, ripe citrus, pineapple and other tropical fruit tones. A smooth palate impression compliments and dovetails with the wine's bright core of fruit. The wine was produced from 2 vineyards, both located in the Kelseyville area of Lake County. The largest portion was farmed organically. All of the wine was stainless-steel fermented at low temperature over a 20-25 day period and was not allowed to undergo malo-lactic fermentation. While no oak was used in the production of the wine; it was left on its lees in the tank for nearly 3 months to add flavor interest and mouth feel. (12 x 75 cl) Price: £126.00

Description: Medium-full garnet in color, the wine leaps from the glass with loads of baked chery/berry fruit character, along with anise, spice cake, and the 'beety' notes so appreciated in Pinot Noir. Showing lots of vigor and sweet juicy fruit on the palate, the wine's muscle is matched by a supple texture and velvety tannins that give it great accessibility. This Pinot Noir was produced from grapes grown in four counties: Mendocino , Solano , Sonoma , and Napa . This combination, in a good quality year, has yielded a wine with lots of classic Pinot Noir character. The largest fraction, from Mendocino County, was grown in the Redwood Valley area, and created a cherries-and-plums fruit character and a plush texture on which to build the blend. Solano County in turn has given us its usual up-front fruit with ripeness that broadens the palate impression and gives the wine a pleasing and generous keynote. In Sonoma County , we benefited from a warm late season that produced a deep-colored, complex, mulberry-like fraction, adding some elegant tone and fine spice-cake notes to the whole; while our Napa component, from the southeast part of the valley, contributed spectacular power and depth, with rich stone fruit character, to the final blend. Description: In this Zinfandel, we have tempered a full-throttle, densely textured Sierra Foothills portion with two, more stylish, yet very flavorful,portions from Sonoma County. While the Sierra Foothills lot is all plum jam, leather, and figs; the Sonoma wines are both brimming with raspberry and blackberry flavors. The Mendocino fraction was harvested at a modest 24.0 brix which gave us a well-proportioned wine with fine cherry/blackberry fruit, a touch of briar and peppery tones. Lastly, our Lodi component, harvested very ripe, but in perfect condition, at 26.1 brix, contributes rich color, soft tannins and wonderful roasted black fruit character. (12 x 75 cl) Price: £126.00

Description: This Syrah is bursting with the spicy aromas and flavors of pomegranate, black cherry and earth. With a full mild and round tannin backbone, on the mouth this wine is full of fresh strawberries to augment the flavors found in the aromas. This full-bodied Syrah is best paired with grilled meats, spicy pasta sauces and a wide array of fruits and cheeses. Vineyard: Livermore Valley's warm days and cool nights are excellent for growing high-quality Syrah. This wine comes from four vineyards throughout the valley, each with its own mesooclimate. Fermentation: Each vineyard was harvested separately and fermented in upright fermenters. Rack and return was performed twice daily. Rack and return is the process of draining all of the free-run juice off of the cap, then pumping the free-run juice back over the top of the fermenter. This method increases color and tannin extraction and improving mouthfeel through the integration of oxygen. Aging: Each blend was aged separately, with part in neutral French and American oak barrels and part in stainless steel. (12 x 75 cl) Price: £126.85
