Description:
A deep and dark, frizzante red with a positive bouquet of black fruits and smoky, spicy characters. The palate is round and full with good, firm tannins and a satisfying dry finish. Ideal with rich and oily foods. The Made in Modena wines have been produced in collaboration with Righi and with the input of winemakers from Australia and New Zealand, to present local traditions in a modern framework. Using site-selected, typical, indigenous grapes and applying New World expertise to the vinification process, these stylishly packaged, thoroughly modern wines nonetheless remain true to their roots (12 x 75 cl)

Description: Limpid, pale straw in colour. A delicate, fragrant nose, with apple peach blossom and wild sage aroma. Fresh, clean, crisp flavour. Supple with a lengthy finish. The Cavicchioli family continues to represent the best traditions of ancient Lambrusco grape variety. Established in 1928, they are leaders in winemaking in the Modena area. Cavicchioli, for example, were among the first cellars to produce genuine Lambrusco Bianco, and their version still has far more character than most others in the market. Cavicchioli have invested in the image of dry red Lambrusco, both the dry Lambrusco di Sorbara and the sweet Lambrusco Grasparossa are intensely flavoured and very frothy! Also recommended are both dry and sweet versions of the Malvasia dei Colli Piacentini, which are frizzante with a delicate, grapey aromatic flavour (6 x 75 cl) Price: £48.06
